WHY JOIN THE FRENCH NEUROSCIENCE SOCIETY ?

  • By becoming a member, you will join a professional network of over 1,600 members working in all areas of neuroscience.
  • Active for nearly 40 years, the Society for Neuroscience has become a benchmark in national scientific coordination.
  • The association is a member of IBRO (International Brain Research Organization) and  COSSAF, but also FENS (Federation of European Neuroscience Societies), whose benefits you will also enjoy.
  • Finally, you will support our efforts to promote young researchers and to raise public awareness, particularly during the Brain Awareness Week, which takes place every year in March.

Focus on the benefits of membership

By joining us, you will enjoy many benefits:

  • reduced registration fees for our biennial meetings and thematic meetings, but also for FENS meetings
  • access to various types of content: webinars organized by the Young Researchers Office, free and full access to the European Journal of Neuroscience (EJN)
  • the opportunity for students and young researchers to apply for support offered by the Society, as well as by FENS and IBRO
  • the opportunity to submit abstracts to the American conference organized by the Society for Neuroscience (SfN), without being a member, and at a preferential rate (limited number; upon application to FENS), as well as access to their Neuronline website.
