Programme

A neurotechnology training week in a mountain environment is organized as part of the Grenoble-Neurotech initiative, which aims to develop neurotechnologies that enable paralyzed people to compensate for their disability, by combining new implantable neural interface solutions with methods and tools for real-time processing and decoding of neural signals. This research is accompanied by a reflection on the ethical and societal implications of these developments.

With its multidisciplinary approach and international speakers, the Grenoble Neurotech School 2026 offers master’s students, doctoral students, researchers and engineers the opportunity to enrich and develop their knowledge in multidisciplinary fields aroundneurotechonologies through courses, conferences and practical work. And also to exchange and share with others through workshops and outdoor activities.

La première journée donnera la parole aux jeunes chercheurs et portera sur le présent et l’avenir des soins palliatifs en France, le rôle des médecins de soins palliatifs et la place des proches. La seconde sera organisée autour de trois grands axes en lien avec le droit, la pédiatrie, et la question des suicides en fin de vie. Plusieurs intervenant.es venus de l’étranger prendront la parole lors de ces deux journées et apporteront aux réflexions un éclairage international.

The EBRAINS Summit 2025 takes place from 8-11 December in Brussels. The Summit will feature a rich programme including scientific talks with leading experts, a public day, a science slam, poster sessions, and a science market exhibition — all focused on advancing digital neuroscience.

Register before the early bird deadline on July 20th to benefit from a reduced registration fee.

Researchers are also invited to submit abstracts before August 28th for the poster sessions and live demonstrations, with the chance for selected presenters to win one of two Best Abstract Awards and deliver a plenary talk during the Summit.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase their work and engage with Europe’s neuroscience and brain tech community.

Le Congrès du Sommeil est organisé par la Société Française de Recherche et Médecine du Sommeil et la Société de Pneumologie de Langue Française (Groupe Sommeil), en collaboration avec la Société Française des Techniciens du Sommeil.

🔍 Santé mentale : un enjeu de société à penser au croisement des disciplines
📅 Le 4 novembre prochain à Paris se tiendra la journée thématique « Neurosciences et Sciences Humaines et Sociales : enjeux de recherche en santé mentale », organisée par l’Inserm et l’IReSP.
🎯 Objectif : souligner l’importance d’une approche transdisciplinaire pour mieux comprendre, prévenir et traiter les troubles psychiques.
Sous la présidence scientifique du Professeur Francis Eustache, la journée s’articulera autour de quatre thématiques majeures :
1️⃣ Mémoire et traumatisme collectif
2️⃣ Vieillissement et maladies neurodégénératives
3️⃣ Psychédéliques et santé mentale : un tournant médical, social et organisationnel
4️⃣ Santé mentale face à la crise environnementale
🧠 Cette rencontre réunira des experts de haut niveau – neuroscientifiques, psychiatres, psychologues, philosophes, sociologues, etc pour explorer les complémentarités entre sciences biomédicales et sciences sociales.

The 5th edition of the Brain Innovation Days, organised by the European Brain Council, will take place on 15-16 October 2025 in Brussels, Belgium. The aim of the event is to bring the wider brain ecosystem together to foster dialogue, exchange knowledge, accelerate investment in research & innovation and facilitate business development.
