Pour aborder cette question, nous utilisons une t\u00e2che de conditionnement aversif chez le rat, dans laquelle un son pr\u00e9dit l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un stimulus n\u00e9gatif \u00e0 un moment pr\u00e9cis (par exemple, 30s apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du son). Nous enregistrons l&#8217;activit\u00e9 oscillatoire de populations de neurones, via les potentiels de champ locaux, au sein d&#8217;un r\u00e9seau de trois structures interconnect\u00e9es : l&#8217;amygdale basolat\u00e9rale (cruciale pour l&#8217;aspect \u00e9motionnel), le striatum dorsal et le cortex pr\u00e9frontal (suspect\u00e9s avoir un r\u00f4le dans l&#8217;estimation temporelle). La connectivit\u00e9 fonctionnelle\/communication entre ces structures, observ\u00e9e au travers d&#8217;une augmentation de la coh\u00e9rence de leurs oscillations respectives entre 3-6Hz, est modul\u00e9e de telle sorte qu&#8217;elle encode la dur\u00e9e de l&#8217;attente du stimulus aversif. Cet encodage de la dur\u00e9e existe apr\u00e8s seulement quelques essais d&#8217;apprentissage, alors m\u00eame que l&#8217;apprentissage de l&#8217;association n&#8217;est pas complet.
