Selon des chercheurs du laboratoire Neurosciences Paris-Seine (CNRS\/UPMC\/Inserm)<em>1<\/em>, les souris se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent curieuses en situation d\u2019incertitude : elles privil\u00e9gient l\u2019exploration de leur environnement afin de mieux l\u2019appr\u00e9hender. Allant plus loin, les scientifiques ont mis en \u00e9vidence le r\u00f4le primordial jou\u00e9 par l\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine, un neurotransmetteur, dans la modulation de ces comportements. Ces travaux pourraient permettre de mieux comprendre certaines maladies psychiatriques.
