To foster a better representation and inclusion of all members, the French Neuroscience Society, as a signatory of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alba.network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ALBA network<\/a> charter, will evolve to improve inclusivity and better inform its members, to build a more fair community enriched by its diversity.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, we ensure that events organized by, or in partnership with, the French Neuroscience Society respect these principles and provide a welcoming environment for all. We are also working to better include early career researchers in the life of the Society, to adopt gender-neutral communication, and to clarify the Society\u2019s rules and procedures to make them transparent and accessible to all.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have suggestions for improvement or want to get involved in new initiatives?
