If you wish to candidate, select the corresponding option in the abstract submission form. <br>Symposium chairpersons will participate in the selection of these additional talks. Selected candidates will be notified by the end of March 2025. <br>Abstracts not accepted for an oral presentation will be accepted for poster presentation, unless otherwise specified by the first author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster presentations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Posters must remain displayed for the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poster sessions run from 11:30 to 15:30 every day.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, a time block is dedicated to discussion with the presenters:\u00a0<br>\u2013 from 11:30 to 12:30 for even-numbered posters\u00a0<br>\u2013 from 14:00 to 15:00 for odd-numbered posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a presenting author, we kindly ask you to stand next to your poster during the time indicated above (at least).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Poster guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The size of your poster should not exceed\u00a0<strong>841 mm (width) and 1189 mm (height) \u2013 A0. Portrait format!\u00a0<\/strong><br>Velcro will be available onsite to hang posters.<br>The last three digits of your poster number refer to your poster board number. <br>Posters should be set-up in the morning before 9:30, the day of your poster presentation and should be removed the same day before the end of the conference. <br>Remaining posters will be removed by our staff and stored at the registration desk until Friday 16 May at 17:00.
