Abstract submission is now closed.

Oral presentation in a symposium

Young researchers (PhD & post-docs) may candidate for a 15 minute presentation in the symposium of their choice. If you wish to candidate, select the corresponding option in the abstract submission form.
Symposium chairpersons will participate in the selection of these additional talks. Selected candidates will be notified by the end of March 2025.
Abstracts not accepted for an oral presentation will be accepted for poster presentation, unless otherwise specified by the first author.

Poster presentations

Posters must remain displayed for the day.

Poster sessions run from 11:30 to 15:30 every day. 

However, a time block is dedicated to discussion with the presenters: 
– from 11:30 to 12:30 for even-numbered posters 
– from 14:00 to 15:00 for odd-numbered posters.

As a presenting author, we kindly ask you to stand next to your poster during the time indicated above (at least).

Poster guidelines

The size of your poster should not exceed 841 mm (width) and 1189 mm (height) – A0. Portrait format! 
Velcro will be available onsite to hang posters.
The last three digits of your poster number refer to your poster board number.
Posters should be set-up in the morning before 9:30, the day of your poster presentation and should be removed the same day before the end of the conference.
Remaining posters will be removed by our staff and stored at the registration desk until Friday 16 May at 17:00. After this date, posters will be discarded.
Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the meeting.
