Catering

Coffee breaks will be held every morning between 10 and 11am, within the exhibition area, on the Forums level.

For pre-ordered sandwich formulas, distribution will take place on level -2, in Foyer Forums, next to the exhibition and poster area .

In addition, there will be two cash bars within the exhibition area to order snacks and drinks.

Please note that in order to limit the use of single-use plastic water bottles at the meeting, we strongly encourage participants to bring their own reusable water bottle. As an alternative, it will be possible to buy ecocups on site. Water coolers are available in the congress center.

Sustainability at NeuroFrance 2023

The French Neuroscience Society is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its meetings:

  • Reduce printed materials: We are limiting printed promotional materials and encourage digital alternatives instead (website and downloadable documents). Please note that there will be no printed programme book at the meeting.
We invite all our exhibitors to join us in this initiative and to reduce single-use giveaways at their stands.

  • Optimising energy and water consumption: we apply a strict policy when selecting suppliers and invite them to follow sustainable practices.
We will limit to a minimum the use of non-recyclable plastic for the entire meeting. Delegates can help us and use reusable mugs or water bottle. Water coolers are available in the congress center.

Here are few ideas of how you can contribute:

  • Use more sustainable ways of travelling to and around Lyon. Visit the TCL website for information about public transport and the Vélo’V website to find a city bike
  • Reduce the waste you generate and separate disposal
  • Use your own reusable mug or water bottle. Water coolers are available in the congress center.
